Vince Ficarotta, Vice President of franchise operations for Rent-n-ROLL Custom Wheels And Tires announced today that Bill Wendell of Blue Ribbon Rentals has signed an MDA (Market Development Agreement) with RENT-n-ROLL to develop the Cleveland and Youngstown Ohio markets. The deal calls for the development of a minimum of six stores over the next five years.

At the same time, Wendall inked a deal to put a Rent-n-Roll Co-brand unit inside his Jamestown, New York store. Larry Sutton, President of Rent-n-Roll stated "We are extremely happy to have a man with Bill's excellent reputation on our team." He added "Bill has proven in past that he is an achiever and we look forward to a long and profitable relationship."

The Jamestown co-brand unit is scheduled to open in January 2004 and the first store in Ohio by March 2004 in Youngstown. There are currently ten Rent-n-Roll Units open and operating with twenty more under contract.
