It also is a great test case because for 70 days the store was working the account not knowing the PC Agent was installed and reporting. They were about to write off the account, but instead the customer called the store immediately after the lockdown, proving just how powerful the software is.”

What is PCRental? PCRental Agent is software designed to be installed on all rental computers. Once installed, the software allows the rental dealer to remotely lockdown a computer at his discretion. Once locked down, the computer can not be used or restored until it is unlocked by the rental dealer. Rental customers don’t even know the software is running in the background on the rental computer.
