I wasn’t sure if PCRental Agent would even work. Then two of my accounts went late and when I locked down the computers, the customers were in my store within the hour.

ColorTyme store manager Rod McIntire was thankful he loaded PCRental Agent. “We’d been installing it for a couple of months now and never needed to use it," McIntire said. "After all, I was managing credit and I was skeptical I’d even need it. McIntire initially had his doubts. "I wondered if it was really worth installing it on every computer. But it only takes a few minutes and it’s like insurance, something you don’t see the benefit of until you need it.”

McIntire manages his credit tight using basic RTO 101. "Renting and Collecting hasn’t changed," he explained. "Do your verifications and make good business decisions and it pays off. But occasionally you get those customers that just refuse to work with you. If they’ve got a computer, I now have one extra tool to help me recover our inventory.”

Rod concluded, “I’m glad my store signed up for the program. These two lockdowns helped keep my bonus for the month. I’m impressed with the software and there’s no way I’d ever rent a computer without it installed. I’m so convinced I’d recommended it to every RTO operator.”
