Software Systems, makers of
The Ideal Rental Manager (TIRM), a leading point of sale
software package for rent to own stores, announced a temporary disruption in
service due to hurricane Ivan.
Tech support and sales personnel are currently unable to reach company
headquarters in Meridian, Mississippi due to downed trees and power lines
throughout the region.
Power is out in most areas surrounding Meridian. Company officials stated that,
barring any additional damage, support and sales departments will be available
by Friday, 9-17-04.
In the meantime, the companies website is still operational and customers can
put their support issues in queue on
