This will be Dave Oliver's first year to offer tax services to his customers at First American Home Furnishings, a rent-to-own company he started 26 years ago. It isn't because he hasn't had the opportunity. Many tax services have tried to get his attention over the years, but it wasn't until recently that he became convinced of the potential value in offering this kind of service. "Programs out there were not user friendly and streamlined enough," he said. "Their processes seemed too time consuming and looked like they would take away from my core business."
