Rental dealers from Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts today officially formed the New England Rental Dealers Association. Mark Anderson, owner of New Britain Connecticut based FastTrack Rent to Own was elected president. Ken Macera of Worcester RTO will be the group's Vice President and Mark Key, District Manager for SEI Aaron's will serve as Secretary/Treasurer. SEI is Aaron's largest franchisee with 69 locations in the Northeast.

Patrick Flynn, Executive Vice President of Churchill Corporate Services, attended the meeting. Churchill offers rent-to-rent, relocation services, rent to own, staging and other rental services in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Boston and Nationwide.

Churchill began renting furniture 30 years ago and employs 300 associates. The company has showrooms in all of its markets and is looking to expand its rent-to-own program. "We wanted to be involved in the association to meet others in the business and help develop partnerships."

Flynn says that Churchill is growing aggressively in all areas and is looking forward to expanding its RTO program. "We're ready to dive into this business head first and make an impact."
