After requests from its over 800
single and multi-location users, RTO Pro, a leading provider of
point-of-sale rental-purchase software, announced the release of
its new Delivery Route Scheduler."This new scheduling
functionality is just another example of how RTO Pro is able to
use advanced Windows technology to grow with the increasing
operational needs of the RTO Industry," says Ron Ganus, former
RTO store owner and President of RTO Pro Software.
Both RTO dealers and retailers alike can now schedule up to 8
simultaneous routes on multiple delivery vehicles for activities
such as deliveries, pickups and service calls. Estimated
delivery times, customer names, delivery cities and important
event notes are displayed on daily, weekly and monthly
calendars.
Rescheduling of deliveries is done simply by dragging
customers' names on the on-screen calendars into different days
and time slots.
Users have the ability to print delivery and pickup forms for
multiple agreements and add COD amounts, rental payments due on
pickup or even service charges.
Daily route reports print for each driver listing: Date,
time, city, customer name, address, phone #, activity type,
monies due, delivery notes/comments, account managers notes and
directions.
RTO Pro's new Delivery Route Scheduler is just one of the
many enhancements added to RTO Pro's window-based RTO Software
package in recent months including: a SQL Server Database,
integrated ACH, statement emailing, the ability to scan drivers
licenses and pull-up customer accounts, and more.
