E-Complish is bringing new options to Rent-to-Own (RTO) dealers who want to offer their customers simpler and more customized payment solutions. In addition to its Host Pay online customer payment system and Direct Pay interactive voice response phone service, E-Complish also offers a phone-based outbound program that will automatically call rental customers with a reminder message about payment due. Additionally, it will initiate interactive collection capabilities, making it possible for individuals to pay on the spot when they receive their call.

E-Complish will host an outbound phone campaign based on customer information supplied by the dealer. Individualized payment messages go out as a regular service to the customer or can be reserved for delinquencies. An individual who chooses to pay at the time of the call is prompted by a series of simple interactive directions.

E-Commerce products and services were rejected at first in the industry because they relieved customers from coming into the store and regularly viewing merchandise for renewal contracts. However, rental-purchase dealers are now recognizing that the benefits E-Complish can offer them in terms of prompt payments and a reduction in recalls far outweigh NONS. By using an E-Complish service, dealers have even more time to more aggressively focus on renewals and customer service because the collection process has been streamlined.
