Direct Pay Interactive Voice Response automated phone payment system helps
rent-to-own dealers reduce time-consuming collections.
It's not new for a business to offer its customers the option of
paying over the phone. However, the concept is gaining momentum
in the Rent to Own (RTO) industry through the services of
E-Complish, which
offers its Direct Pay Interactive Voice Response (IVR) automated
phone payment system plus other options that enable RTO
customers to make payments on time and help dealers reduce
typical time-consuming pitfalls with collection.

series of steps in a 2-3 minute payment process.
"That three minutes of their time is an improvement over the
possible hour it would take them to make a personal payment at
the store," says Hopkins. "Deposit of funds to the dealer's bank
is faster, and a phone payment reduces some of the hassle of
handling cash. It's win-win all around."
E-Complish offers a variation of its Direct Pay program through
an outbound interactive phone payment service. Using this,
dealers can remind their customers that payment is due and also
enable them to pay by phone through an automated system when
they get the call.
E-Complish also has launched its popular Host Pay online payment
program to meet a growing demand from those who like to pay
their bills through the Internet. As with the phone-based
programs, Host Pay is branded to the sponsoring company and
facilitates a seamless transaction for the customer. And in all
cases, E-Complish requires no set-up cost for the dealer but
instead charges a nominal convenience fee of just $2.75 for its
customers.
