The Houma RimTyme store specializes in quality wheels and tires from major manufacturers and offers immediate while-you-wait installation. Taylor said RimTyme includes services for free that others usually charge extra for, such as free installation, free lifetime balancing and rotation on new tires, and free lugs, locks and stems.

RimTyme also offers nitrogen fill for tire inflation like NASCAR does, Taylor said. NASCAR uses nitrogen to prolong tire life, increase fuel efficiency and safety, and curtail tire pressure fluctuation. "Nitrogen-inflated tires maintain their pressure as much as four times longer than air, and at RimTyme a nitrogen-fill is good for the life of the tires. If a customer's nitrogen tire pressure decreases, RimTyme will refill it for free," he added.

"We have a "Bolt It on Today" guarantee that our store has custom wheels in-stock and ready for installation that will fit a customer's vehicle," Angelette added. "We promise our customers they'll be ready to roll within hours," he said. "If for some reason they aren't, we give them a $50 credit on their new wheels. But so far, no customer has exercised the guarantee."

Angelette said RimTyme also has a "meet it or beat it" policy. "If one of our customers finds a better out-the-door deal on the same in-stock wheels, tires and services, RimTyme will earn their business by meeting or beating that deal," he said, adding that, like the "Bolt It on Today" guarantee, RimTyme has never been beaten.
